We work directly with 400+ local vendors and logistics partners in each country to ensure the best SLAs.

What regions and countries does quipteams cover?

133 countries across North America, LatAm, EMEA, APAC, and Africa. Most competitors rely on third-party resellers or can't deliver at all. If your country isn't on our coverage map, ask anyway — we add corridors based on client demand and may already be set up.

How is quipteams different from other device lifecycle partners?

Three things: (1) we work directly with local vendors instead of routing through regional intermediaries, so prices are local-market. (2) pay-as-you-go pricing — no subscriptions, no platform fees, no per-seat charges, no minimum order; (3) no exclusivity. How much does quipteams cost?

You pay the local device price in each country, plus a per-device fee for operational services like retrieval, storage, or buyback. There are no platform fees, no subscriptions, no per-seat charges, and no minimum orders. The platform itself, the API, integrations, and your account manager are included at zero cost.

Are there any subscription fees, platform fees, or minimums?

No. Zero subscription, zero platform fee, zero per-seat charge, zero minimum spend, zero annual commitment, zero exclusivity, and zero early-termination fee. You only pay when you place an order.

How does quipteams make money if the platform is free?

We earn a margin on the devices and operational services you purchase. This means we only make money when you actually use us — there's no incentive to lock you in or charge for shelfware.

Can I see prices before talking to sales?

Yes. The quipteams guest platform lets anyone quote a device in 133 countries in under 30 seconds, with no login, no account, and no sales call. For operational services (retrieval, storage, buyback), pricing is shared on a quick call because the answer depends on country mix and volume.

How does quipteams pricing compare to Workwize, Growrk, Firstbase, Deel IT, and Allwhere?

Most competitors charge per-seat or per-workstation subscription fees on top of device costs — typically starting at $12,000/year — and often require minimums or exclusivity. quipteams charges $0 for the platform, includes every feature on day one, and has no minimums or lock-ins. On device prices, we're usually lower because we source locally instead of shipping cross-border.

How does billing work — invoicing, currency, payment terms?

We invoice per order or on a consolidated monthly basis, depending on your preference. Local-currency invoicingis available in most major markets (USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, COP, INR, and others) so your finance team doesn't deal with FX conversions. Standard payment terms are net 30; custom terms are available for larger accounts.

Are there setup fees or onboarding costs?

No. Account creation, platform access, integration setup, and onboarding with your dedicated account manager are all free.

What happens if I want to leave quipteams?

You stop placing orders. There's no exit fee, no contract to break, and no data hostage situation. If you want your asset historyexported, your account manager sends it within 24 hours.

Procurement & Delivery

How fast can quipteams deliver devices globally?

The global average is 4 business days from order to delivery at the employee's home. Around 80% of orders arrive within 2–4 days. Because devices are sourced locally in each country instead of shipped across borders,there are no customs delays.

How does quipteams achieve 4-day average delivery when shipping internationallytakes weeks?

We don't ship internationally. We source devices from local vendors inside each destination country, so the device only travels domestically. Cross-border shipping and customs clearance — the two slowest parts of global procurement — are removed entirely.

Can I schedule delivery for an employee's start date?

Yes. Every order is scheduled fordelivery on or before the employee's first day. The shipping timeline accounts for localdelivery windows and country-specific holidays. Employees receive their laptop in time forday one, not weeks later.

What devices can I order through quipteams?

MacBooks, Windows laptops, desktops from Dell, Lenovo, HP, and others, plus monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, docking stations, and most standard peripherals, as well as iPhones.. If a specific model is available in the destination country, we can source it.

Can I create role-based device kits?

Yes. Admins can build pre-configured kits by role— Developer Kit, Designer Kit, Sales Kit, and so on — with specific devices, peripherals, and accessories. When ordering for a new hire, you select the kit instead of building each orderfrom scratch, and can even pre-approve price ranges.

What if a device arrives damaged or doesn't work?

quipteams handles repair coordination and warranty claims in every country we operate in. If a device fails on arrival, your account manager arranges a replacement or repair — the employee doesn't have to ship anything back to you. Warranty handling is included at no extra cost.

Zero-Touch Enrollment & MDM

Can quipteams zero-touch enroll devices before shipping?

quipteams enrolls devices before they ship. For Apple, this means adding the device to your Apple Business Manager (ABM) tenant and assigning it to your MDM. For Windows, devices are registered in Windows Autopilot and tied to your Microsoft tenant. When the employee powers the laptop on for the first time, it pulls down your configuration automatically — no imaging scripts, no setup sessions, no IT intervention required.

What happens in countries where Apple Business Manager isn't available?

quipteams handles manual enrollment in countries where Apple has no entity or no authorized reseller — for example Pakistan, parts of Africa, and several LatAm markets. This includes extracting hardware hashes, preparing enrollment profiles, and configuring devices so they behave identically to ABM-enrolled units from the employee's perspective.

What happens if my device breaks?

In the event of an in-transit loss or damage before arrival, quipteams assumes full responsibility and replacement. If a team member happens to break a device, we’ll manage warranty handling and repairs for you while providing a loaner laptop, allowing your team to avoid any downtime.

We already have our own equipment. Is this an issue?

We understand your company was not founded the same day you met us. Rest assured, we can retrieve those for you and offer reassignment, tracking in our asset management platform, etc.

Which products and brands does quipteams currently offer?

We provide any work-related products your employees might need, including the following:

- Devices: laptops, PCs, tablets, phones. Peripherals or accessories: monitors, docking stations, headsets, webcams, mice, hubs, keyboards, chargers, etc.

- TVs and accessories: Chromecast, Fire Stick, Apple TV, etc.

Storage

Where does quipteams store devices?

In local warehouses across 133 countries. Devices stay in the same region where they'll be redeployed, so redeployment is faster and shipping costs are lower than centralizing in one HQ warehouse.

How much does storage cost?

Storage is free for new devices purchased through quipteams that are waiting to be assigned — there's no time limit. For used devices already in your fleet (retrieved, refreshed, or reassigned), storage is billed at a flat monthly fee per device. Pricing starts at $35 per device per month and gets more efficient at volume.

Can I store devices that weren't bought through quipteams?

Yes. If you have laptops already in use, retrieved from past offboardings, or held in another warehouse, you can upload them to the quipteams platform and route them to our warehouses.

Are stored devices secure and insured?

Yes. Devices are stored in vetted local warehouses with full insurance coverage. quipteams is responsible for the safety of every device while in storage.

How fast can I redeploy a stored device?

Redeployment is typically faster than ordering new, since the device is already available. Most redeployments arrive within the standard local delivery window.

Retrieval & Offboarding

How does quipteams retrieve devices from departing employees?

We coordinate local pickup in any of 133 countries. The employee receives a scheduling link to pick a pickup time and confirm address. Devices are collected, certified-data-wiped, and routed to your chosen destination — warehouse, another employee, or buyback resale.

What countries can quipteams retrieve devices from?

Anywhere we procure and ship — across LatAm, North America, EMEA, APAC, and Africa. If we can deliver a device to a country, we can pick one up from there. This includes markets where return-label shipping doesn't exist.

How long does retrieval take?

Most pickups are completed within 5–10 business days from the moment the scheduling link is sent. Tracking is visible in the platform from pickup through final destination.

Is there a minimum number of devices for retrieval?

No. We retrieve a single device the same way as a bulk retrieval of 100 devices. No minimums, no platform fees.

What if the employee is uncooperative or unreachable?

Your account manager handles escalation — multi-channel reminders, alternative pickup windows, and local logistics coordination. We've had a 100% retrieval rate so far.

Buyback & Refresh

How does the quipteams buyback program work

You select devices from your fleet in the platform — or upload a list if they're not in quipteams yet. We return a per-device quote based on age, model, and condition. Once approved, we coordinate pickup, perform certified data wiping, resell the devices locally, and credit the recovered value to your account. The credit funds your next purchases. If your account ends with a positive balance, we settle to cash.

What devices does quipteams buy back?

Laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones from Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and other major brands. Eligibility depends on model, age, and condition.

How is the buyback price calculated?

Each device is quoted individually based on model, age, working condition, and current local market value. We provide itemized perdevice quotes — not blanket per-unit pricing — so the offer reflects the actual state of each laptop.

Why resell locally instead of shipping idle devices to other countries?

Because cross-border shipping, customs, and duties on used devices usually cost more than the device itself. Most companies try to relocate idle laptops, the reuse plan stalls, and the laptop sits in a closet. quipteams flips this: the device is sold locally where it was picked up, the recovered value becomes credit in your account, and that credit funds a brand-new device purchased locally in the destination country. The hardware never crosses a border — the value does.

Is there a minimum number of devices for buyback?

No fixed minimum. We quote single devices and bulk lists with the same per-device logic. The program is most efficient at scale but works at any volume

What can I do in the quipteams platform?

The dashboard surfaces what needs attention — pending approvals, urgent shipments, overdue retrievals — proactively.

Can I try the platform before talking to sales?

Yes. The quipteams guest platform lets anyone explore the interface and quote devices in 133 countries without creating an account or contacting sales.

Does quipteams have a public API?

Yes. The public API mirrors our platform. It covers procurement, asset management, and lifecycle workflows. It allows custom integrations with internal tools, ticketing systems, or any HRIS not natively supported.

What can I do with the quipteams API?

Programmatic access to everything in the platform: create and action quotes, list and manage assets, create device actions (retrievals, transfers, wipes, deployments), add devices to inventory, browse the product and kit catalog, manage webhook subscriptions, and read employee and office data synced from your HRIS. How do I set up API authentication?

Bearer tokens in the Authorization header. Two environments — production and sandbox — so you can test end-to-end before touching real orders. Create keys in company settings: qk_live_... for production, qk_test_... for sandbox. Keys are shown once at creation and can't be retrieved later, so store them securely. Revoke a compromised key instantly from the dashboard.

Which HRIS and ticketing tools does quipteams integrate with natively?

quipteams has native integrations with BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, Workday, Deel, Gusto, Namely, Justworks, Personio, Okta, ClickUp, Jira and Zendesk among others — covering most HRIS, SSO and ticketing tools used by distributed teams. New integrations ship regularly.

What does an HRIS integration actually do for my team?

When a new hire is created or an employee is offboarded in your HRIS, quipteams automatically receives the signal and provisions or retrieves the right equipment — no manual ticket, no CSV upload, no copy-pasting. Equipment is ready before day one, and offboarding retrievals start the moment someone's termination date is set.

Is my employee data safe, and where does it live?

Employee data stays in your HRIS as the source of truth. quipteams only syncs the fields needed to provision and retrieve equipment (name, email, start/end date, location) — encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Integration credentials are stored encrypted and scoped to the minimum permissions required. We never write back into your HRIS, and you can revoke access at any time from your dashboard.

How long does it take to set up an integration?

Most HRIS integrations are live in under 15 minutes from your quipteams dashboard: authorize, select which employee segments to sync, done. Ticketing integrations (Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp) usually take a bit longer because we map statuses and project/board IDs — plan on 30-45 minutes with your admin on the call.

Does quipteams support SSO?

Yes. Passwordless SSO via Okta, Google Workspace,and Microsoft Entra. Access is role-based with configurable permissions across procurement, asset management, and admin functions.
