Business days from order placement to delivery in-country, when the device is locally sourced. Ranges reflect typical variance — same-region deliveries lean toward the low end, while remote provinces or customs-heavy items lean toward the high end.
Service level
Entire lifecycle means all 8 services are available: procurement, deployment, ABM enrollment, pickup, wipe, support, storage, and buyback. 7 of 8 typically means buyback is unavailable in-country (devices can still be retrieved and shipped elsewhere).
