It’s a seamless, non-bureaucratic process. You provide details on a specific model (or ask for help to define it) along with recipient’s information. Please note that before shipping, we can always pre-configure devices. There are no subscriptions nor management fees. Pay for what you need. A free asset tracking platform is created to know what device, where it is, and who has it with its subsequent movements.
To kick off an offboarding, we only need clear instructions on where and what will be retrieved, pick-up information and destination (office, another employee or stored in our warehouse). Any additions such as wiping or cleaning can be requested at this point. We know some situations can be fragile, so we await for your confirmation to get in touch with the departing employee.
No, we cannot ship devices from one country to another (except within the EU). This is because doing so requires export and import procedures that involve extensive bureaucracy and management costs—often higher than simply purchasing a new device locally.To offset those costs, we can buy back the device in its original location and apply that credit toward new hardware elsewhere.
IT Support
For sure. Laptops can be pre-configured with your company’s imaging in most countries. This includes app installations, pre-creating users, enrolling your devices to Apple Business Manager and more.
We can enroll your new Macs with ABM before your new hires start their first day, subject to Apple’s availability in each country.
In the event of an in-transit loss or damage before arrival, quipteams assumes full responsibility and replacement. If a team member happens to break a device, we’ll manage warranty handling and repairs for you while providing a loaner laptop, allowing your team to avoid any downtime.
We understand your company was not founded the same day you met us. Rest assured, we can retrieve those for you and offer reassignment, tracking in our asset management platform, etc.
We provide any work-related products your employees might need, including the following:
