Does quipteams integrate with HRIS or ticketing systems?

Yes, quipteams integrates with a broad set of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob, Deel, and more, as well as ticketing tools like Jira and Zendesk. We’re also launching a public API to enable custom automations and workflows on our platform.

Is there a minimum company size?

Although we’ve built our solutions for distributed teams, we can support any company that needs help with device lifecycle management.

How fast can quipteams ship devices to new hires?

quipteams' global average ETA is 4 business days. Since we source everything locally in every country, most deliveries arrive within 2-4 days. Estimations may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse.

Can quipteams retrieve laptops?

Yes, this is precisely what we do. quipteams has already recovered thousands of devices from departing employees globally.

How does onboarding look like with quipteams?

It’s a seamless, non-bureaucratic process. You provide details on a specific model (or ask for help to define it) along with recipient’s information. Please note that before shipping, we can always pre-configure devices. There are no subscriptions nor management fees. Pay for what you need. A free asset tracking platform is created to know what device, where it is, and who has it with its subsequent movements.

How does offboarding look like with quipteams?

To kick off an offboarding, we only need clear instructions on where and what will be retrieved, pick-up information and destination (office, another employee or stored in our warehouse). Any additions such as wiping or cleaning can be requested at this point. We know some situations can be fragile, so we await for your confirmation to get in touch with the departing employee.

Can quipteams handle device cross border shipments?

No, we cannot ship devices from one country to another (except within the EU). This is because doing so requires export and import procedures that involve extensive bureaucracy and management costs—often higher than simply purchasing a new device locally. To offset those costs, we can buy back the device in its original location and apply that credit toward new hardware elsewhere.

How can I track my shipments?

We work with trusted partners in most cases, and a tracking number is provided. In some instances, we use our private courier and will provide updates directly to you.

IT Support

Can quipteams pre-configure hardware?

For sure. Laptops can be pre-configured with your company’s imaging in most countries. This includes app installations, pre-creating users, enrolling your devices to Apple Business Manager and more.

Does quipteams support Apple Business Manager (ABM)?

quipteams can enroll your new Macs with ABM before your new hires start their first day, subject to Apple’s availability in each country.

What happens if my device breaks?

In the event of an in-transit loss or damage before arrival, quipteams assumes full responsibility and replacement. If a team member happens to break a device, we’ll manage warranty handling and repairs for you while providing a loaner laptop, allowing your team to avoid any downtime.

We already have our own equipment. Is this an issue?

We understand your company was not founded the same day you met us. Rest assured, we can retrieve those for you and offer reassignment, tracking in our asset management platform, etc.

Which products and brands does quipteams currently offer?

We provide any work-related products your employees might need, including the following:

- Devices: laptops, PCs, tablets, phones. Peripherals or accessories: monitors, docking stations, headsets, webcams, mice, hubs, keyboards, chargers, etc.

- TVs and accessories: Chromecast, Fire Stick, Apple TV, etc.

We currently offer a wide variety of brands, including: Apple, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, HP, Microsoft, MSI, Acer, Samsung and more.

What are quipteams’ payment methods?

Do I have to pay any subscription fees?

No. quipteams operates on a pay-as-you-go model with zero subscriptions fees, no minimum order requirements, or exclusivity agreements. You pay transparent local pricing for devices and services only when you use them, with no ongoing commitments.

What is the shipping cost for new device deliveries?

We offer free delivery to any corner of the world, whenever you purchase new devices. we can also store them for free if you do bulk/stock purchases.
