about buyback
Book a callRefresh performance & morale
Employees lose up to 7-8 % of productive time fighting slow machines. Swapping four-year-old laptops for modern gear eliminates that friction and signals you invest in your team.
Recover hidden capital
Trade-in programs routinely return double-digit percentages of a device’s original cost, freeing budget for the next refresh cycle instead of letting assets depreciate to zero.
Monetize stranded assets
When a teammate leaves in a market you won’t re-hire, their laptop becomes sunk cost. Buyback converts it to cash instantly — no cross-border shipping, no storage fees.
Strengthen your sustainability story
Responsible IT-asset disposition (ITAD) cuts e-waste, recovers rare materials, and reduces CO₂ footprint.
Security and Compliance
Storing laptops in former employees' homes poses security and compliance risks. Limited control over device access and sensitive data protection.
Efficient Onboarding and Offboarding
When someone joins or leaves the company, our storage service streamlines both the on- and offboarding process. New hires can be quickly provided with a laptop from your inventory, while departing employees' laptops can be securely retrieved, cleaned, and prepared for reuse or disposal.
Cost-Efficiency
Storing laptops in our facilities eliminates the need to invest in your own storage solutions or incur unnecessary logistic costs. Our alternative maximizes operational efficiency and reduces administrative overhead.dbye to shipping headaches, customs, and delays in getting your team up and running. With quipteams, sourcing locally is a breeze in Latin America.

Global teams love us
Read what amazing companies say about quipteams.
quipteams operates on all continents and has supported over 270 companies in more than 120 countries.
quipteams enables businesses to efficiently procure and manage their hardware-related operations for their workforce. We provide, send, retrieve and store assets worldwide. We've simplified it for 270+ companies, offering a unified solution under a single PoC and currency, providing IT support throughout the entire process.
We work with trusted partners in most cases, and a tracking number is provided. In some instances, we use our private courier and will provide updates directly to you.
That is precisely what we do. We can store your assets (any device or company swag) in our warehouses in 120+ countries. We are solely responsible for keeping your stuff safe.
80% of our deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse.
To kick off an offboarding, we only need clear instructions on where and what will be retrieved, pick-up information and destination (office, another employee or stored in our warehouse). Any additions such as wiping or cleaning can be requested at this point. We know some situations can be fragile, so we await for your confirmation to get in touch with the departing employee.
We will handle everything with our courier to rearrange and reattempt delivery.
We understand your company was not founded the same day you met us. Rest assured, we can retrieve those for you and offer reassignment, tracking in our asset management platform, etc.
