How fast will I hear back?

We respond right away during weekdays. If you booked a call directly, you'll get a calendar confirmation immediately and a prep email from your account manager before the meeting.

Who will I talk to?

A real person from our team — usually Andy, our COO, or one of our account managers. Not a BDR, not a chatbot, not a junior rep reading a script. The person on the call has authority to quote, scope, and answer technical questions on the spot.

What should I have ready for the first call?

Nothing required, but it helps if you can share: which countries you need coverage in, roughly how many devices per year, and whether you're currently using another vendor. The more context you bring, the more concrete we can be about pricing and timelines.

Do I need to commit to anything to get a quote?

No. You can quote any device in 130+ countries right now through our guest platform. For operational services (retrieval, storage, buyback), the call is just to understand your country mix — there's no obligation, no contract presentation, no "let me loop in my manager" upsell.

I'm not the decision-maker — should I still reach out?

Yes. IT people are usually the ones who bring us in, even when procurement or finance signs the contract. We'll give you everything you need to make the internal case, including a written quote, comparison notes vs. your current setup, and references from companies your size.
