The platform is free. There is no subscription, no platform fee, no per-seat charge, and no minimum spend. You only pay for the devices and operational services you actually use — like procurement, retrieval, storage, or buyback. The platform itself, the integrations, the API, and the dedicated account manager are all included at no cost.

How does quipteams make money if the platform is free?

quipteams earns a margin on the devices you purchase. This model means quipteams only makes money when you actually use the service — there's no incentive to lock you in or charge for shelfware.

What does device procurement actually cost?

Each device is quoted at local market price in the country where it's purchased. The all-in price is always lower than US-procured devices shipped internationally, because there are no cross-border customs fees, no intermediary markups, and no "global procurement" surcharge.

How much does device retrieval cost?

Retrieval is priced per device based on the country of pickup. The fee covers local pickup coordination, employee scheduling, certified data wiping, and routing to the destination of your choice. It varies by country or region.

How much does storage cost?

Storage is free for new devices purchased through quipteams — buy them and hold them in our warehouses until you assign them, with no time limit. For used devices already in your fleet (retrieved, refreshed, or reassigned), storage is billed at a flat monthly fee per device, with pricing tied to volume. It starts at $35 for a single device.

Are there any minimum order requirements or contracts?

No. quipteams operates on a pure pay-as-you-go model. There is no minimum number of devices, no minimum monthly spend, no annual commitment, no exclusivity agreement, and no early termination fee.

How is this different from competitor pricing models?

Most device lifecycle management platforms charge a per-seat or per-workstation subscription fee on top of device costs, often with tiered features (basic, pro, enterprise) that gate integrations, API access, or HRIS sync behind higher tiers.
